Daily Claude Code user, CEO of Intelligence Builders, and Associate Teaching Professor of Computer Science / Information Technology at the University of Missouri for 17 years (Feb 2008 – Jul 2025). Thirty-five years building developer tools and the curriculum that teaches developers to use them — from multimedia development tools and an interpreted language for the SEGA CD at IBM, through directing the growth of an undergraduate IT degree program from 70 to 320 students, to the open-source Waffle Go web framework that powers this site.
